Rodney Unsworth

Advisory Board Chair, NICM Health Research Institute

Rodney Unsworth joined NICM Health Research Institute in 2020 as chair of the Advisory Board. He brings over four decades of managerial, executive, investment and advisory knowledge and experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. Mr Unsworth is a board member at Unither Pharmaceuticals and has held other prominent board positions including APMA (now Medicines Australia), Edith Cowan University, Western Australian Science and Technology Council, as well as the Australian Trade Commission.

Mr Unsworth also dedicates his time to his community work as Director of the Unsworth Foundation and as a volunteer and vice president of the Umina Community Group.
