Supporting NICM through Donations
Up to two thirds of Australians are using some form of complementary medicine products or therapies each year. This is one of the highest usage rates amongst developed nations however; Australia has one of the lowest levels of investment in related research.
By supporting NICM you will help us in our objective of bridging the gap between the high level of complementary medicine use in Australia and appropriate and effective evidence to support use.
Where will the money go?
NICM will respect the choice of the donor, and will direct the funds to the program they have chosen to support. Where the donor has not specified a specific research NICM will allocate funds to the area of greatest need. We are happy to discuss our current activities/programs with you if you would like to direct your gift to a particular area of interest. All donations made to NICM are administered through the University of Western Sydney Foundation as NICM is not a separate legal entity and is hosted by the University of Western Sydney. The UWS Foundation is responsible for managing and distributing donations, ensuring that every gift is making a difference and that donor's wishes are fulfilled.
How do I make a donation?
Donations can be made by cheque, credit card or UWS iPay system.
